• Account information. Name, email address, password credentials, organization name, and profile details you provide when you create or join an organization.
• Assessment content. The assessments your team authors, candidate invitations, and the work candidates produce in the workspace, including files, terminal activity, AI agent prompts, and submitted results.
• Candidate information. Name and email when required by the inviting organization, along with the responses, code, and feedback a candidate provides during an assessment.
• Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the product is used to keep it secure and reliable.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Mezure platform.
• Run technical assessments and present candidate results to the inviting organization.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Communicate with you about your account, invitations, and product updates.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use candidate submissions to train third-party models.

Candidate assessment content is shared with the organization that issued the invitation so they can review the work. We also rely on trusted service providers to host infrastructure, run sandboxed coding environments, send transactional email, and provide AI features. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We retain account and assessment data for as long as an organization maintains its Mezure account, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Organizations can request deletion of their data, and candidates can contact us to exercise their rights regarding their personal data.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated, ephemeral sandbox environments for candidate work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect the data entrusted to us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
