Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Mezure. By creating an account, joining an organization, or completing an assessment, you agree to these terms.
Using Mezure
Mezure provides a platform for creating technical assessments, inviting candidates to a controlled coding workspace, and reviewing the work they produce. You may use the platform only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Accounts and organizations
To use most features you must create an account and may join or create an organization. Organization owners control membership, roles, assessments, and billing for their organization. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Candidate assessments
Organizations are responsible for the assessments they author and the invitations they send, including obtaining any consent required from candidates and using the platform fairly and lawfully. Candidates agree to complete assessments honestly and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the workspace, sandbox, or any security controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, including the sandboxed environments.
- Reverse engineer or resell the platform except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Mezure and its underlying software are owned by us and our licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service and to make assessment content available to the relevant organization. Candidate work product is shared with the inviting organization as part of the review process.
Plans and billing
Paid features are billed according to the plan selected by an organization. Certain usage, such as candidate sandbox provisioning, AI agent runs, and reviewer deep dives, may be gated by an active plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that assessment results will meet every hiring need. Hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the organization.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mezure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using Mezure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
